Review of 2018
2018 was our second year for the Ginger and Spice Festival and what a year it was!
We hosted over 20 events which took place from 26th to 29th September 2018 with over 80 organisaitons and businesses taking part during the four day celebrations.
We were also delighted to have hosted several esteemed festival delegates from cities as far as London and Glasgow.
We also hosted several competitions over the four days including best decorated gingerbread biscuit; best red head contest; heritage spice trail contest and best product at the Spice Exchange Street Market

The festival attracted many visitors from Shropshire, Staffordshire, Cheshire and beyond.
