We are delighted to be welcoming Jill Weatherburn to this year’s Ginger & Spice Festival
Not only will Jill be demonstrating in this year’s in this year’s James Du Pavey Food Theatre but she will also be assisting the chefs on the day too!
Jill is a talented Home Economist, recipe developer and Food Stylist who is well known for her fresh approach, creative flair and wealth of experience.
Jill has had experience of being a home economist and food stylist for over 30 years. As a result, her expertise stand out in the industry giving her clients soaring confidence.
Growing up in the North East of England, Jill was introduced to traditional home cooking at an early age. With a life-long interest in food, Jill’s passion for cooking has led her into a career as a Home Economist.
Jill also works as a food stylist and her work comprises of a wide range of services. These include styling for recipe leaflets, cookbooks, supermarket packaging, brochures and editorial images.
