We’re looking for an organised and enthusiastic Admin Assistant to join our team in the lead-up to the Ginger & Spice Festival this year!

As a volunteer admin assistant, your main task will be supporting the processing of trader bookings, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time. This is a great opportunity to get involved in a community event, learn more about event management, and contribute to the success of the festival.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with processing trader applications
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments
  • Communicate with traders regarding event details and requirements
  • Provide general administrative support to the festival team

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Must be comfortable using google drive, sheets, forms and documents
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is a flexible volunteer position with the chance to gain valuable experience and contribute to a great local event.
