2026 marks our 10th anniversary. Due to the festival’s significant growth, we are now operating at full trader capacity. To maintain a high-quality, safe, and diverse experience for our visitors, all traders are invited to complete this mandatory expression of interest form as a first step.
Why a Pre-Application Stage?
With demand now exceeding available space, this stage allows us to:
- Ensure a balanced mix of high quality food, drink, and craft stalls.
- Prioritise traders who celebrate our ginger and spice theme.
- Ensure all applicants meet health and safety standards and documentation requirements
Selection Criteria
Submissions are assessed based on category fit, health & safety compliance, documentation, and previous trading history (including timely payments and paperwork submission).
Next Steps & Process
By completing this form:
- You will be registered for consideration for the 2026 Festival.
- Please note: An Expression of Interest does not guarantee a pitch.
- Successful candidates will be invited to apply at the start of the Early Bird booking phase in February 2026.
If invited to apply, you will be required to:
- Complete the full application and submit all supporting legal documentation and payment within the specified time frame.
- Adhere strictly to our festival Terms & Conditions.
