Don’t miss this year’s exciting new-look James Du Pavey Food Theatre under the Buttercross in the centre of Market Drayton on Cheshire Street with with top, regional and local chefs.
The chefs demonstrating will be assisted by talented home economist and recipe developer, Jill Weatherburn, and a team of volunteers.
The Chef line up includes Chef James Sherwin of Wild Shropshire; Chef and Master Baker Michel Nijsten of The Inn Baschurch and British Bread Company; Dan Smith the Pastry Box Shropshire; Amarpal Harrar from IcookIndian; Scott Shepley from Shepley’s Butchers with their local meat and Petit Pates de Pezenas; and also a special cooking demo from the ladies of the Ukrainian Support Hub!
The Food theatre will be hosted by the wonderful Charlotte Foster or Charlotte Foster Podcasts!
