This year, the Ginger & Spice Festival is thrilled to welcome back the Rajasthan Heritage Brass Band, a dazzling ensemble that embodies the rich culture and tradition of this legendary region.

Prepare to be mesmerized as these talented musicians from Jaipur and surrounding villages bring their spectacular brass band to our festival. Their performances are a vivid celebration of Rajasthan’s lively spirit, featuring a dynamic mix of Rajasthani folk tunes, Bollywood hits, spiritual qawwali, Bhangra beats, and even some unexpected sci-fi funk and pop classics.

With their colourful costumes and infectious energy, the Rajasthan Heritage Brass Band will deliver three electrifying walk-about sets that showcase their diverse repertoire and unrivaled talent. From the powerful rhythms of trumpet, trombone, euphonium, and sousaphone, to the vibrant beats of clarinet, side, bass, and dhol drums, their music will transport you to the heart of Rajasthan’s enchanting cultural landscape.

🕖 Walk-About Performance Times: Between 9.30am and 4.30pm

9.30am to 9.55am-  the first performance will commence from the Buttercross after the festival has been officially opened

12.30 to 1.00pm

3.30pm to 4.00pm

📍 Location: Around Cheshire Street, Indoor Market, High Street and Outside the Library
