For those who have to stay at home or cannot get to us, we are hosting a virtual talk all about Gingerbread with Guild of Food writer and historian Sam Bilton, author of ‘First Catch Your Gingerbread‘.

Sam will be showing a virtual presentation on the history of gingerbread followed by a live Q&A session.

Sam is a freelance Food Historian, Writer and Cook & Co Vice Chair and Awards Coordinator for the Guild of Food Writers.
