SPICE LARDER HAMPERS – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
By ordering a hamper from the Spice Larder website you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
You can place an order via our website or via email and we accept payment via our website or Bacs. All card payments taken via the website are submitted to paypal via their secure server. We are not liable for non-delivery of your goods if your payment is not authorised. It is a crime to purchase or attempt to purchase goods with a stolen credit card or with stolen personal details or with a false name. We reserve the right to withhold goods and terminate any account details with anybody who we suspect of fraudulent practice and / or breach of these terms and conditions.
We make every effort to conform to product listings, however, as some of our products are supplied by small artisan producers, orders may be subject to availability. We list all items included in each hamper, but if an item is out of stock, we reserve the right to replace it with another item to the same value or higher. The colours of bags and hamper linings may vary and photographic props are not included unless otherwise stated.
We currently only deliver hampers in the UK to areas within a 30 mile radius of the postcode TF9. Orders placed will be allocated a delivery time and slot which will be communicated to you. If you or the recipient are not available when we deliver the hamper, we will either leave it with a neighbour, if agreed, or leave a card to re-arrange. We will do our utmost to meet the re-arranged delivery date.
Orders can be cancelled up to day of despatch, when a full refund will be credited. If your order is a large corporate order for which we have purchased specific items, or your order has been personalized, then different terms apply which we will communicate via the order application.
For on line purchases you are allowed a 14 day cooling off period from the date of delivery. This means that we will refund the cost of the hamper to you if you choose to cancel your order for any reason, provided you comply with the conditions below:
1.You notify us of your cancellation in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 working days of delivery.
2.The hamper and goods remain unused and component parts are unopened.
3.You or the recipient retain and take reasonable care of the goods until delivered back to us by you.
4 Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the items as above, minus any perishable goods which cannot be resold and any items which have been consumed or damaged.
5.We are unable to reimburse the cost of returning the item to us under any circumstances
If your hamper or any of the items in the hamper have been damaged or broken, please contact us within 24 hours of it being delivered via email@example.com or by calling 07989 980016. We will collect the damaged goods and there will be no charge for delivery of a replacement. We may request a photo of the damaged or defective hamper ahead of picking the item up.
The hampers on our website contain foods which may contain allergens such as dairy, nuts or alcohol within the product. Some of our hampers include alcohol and some food items may also contain traces of alcohol.
Please note that you are responsible for checking the packaging of the individual food items and the website in order to ensure that you are not allergic to the given product or its ingredients. Some of our hampers include alcohol. Buyers of alcohol on this site must be of legal age for purchasing and consuming alcoholic beverages in accordance with regulations of the United Kingdom. In purchasing such items you agree that you are aged 18 years or older. We operate a “challenge 25” policy and may request age identification from you before proceeding with the sale. If we believe that you are under 18 years old, and you cannot prove otherwise, we reserve the right not to deliver the item to you.

CHANGES IN CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to remove or change the product listings, contents, special offers, prices and delivery times.
Spice Larder Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to deliver the products arising from circumstances outside of their control. We do not take any responsibility for the goods once delivered.
