- Pour 3 tbsps of oil in a hot pan and then add the sauce.
- Add 400grams of uncooked pork and stir well. Cook on a low heat with the lid closed for 10–15 minutes.
- Remove the lid and simmer, stirring regularly, until the pork is cooked and the sauce has thickened. Add additional water if the sauce thickens too quick.
- Sprinkle fresh coriander to garnish and serve with rice, Naan bread or chapatti.
