Trade Pitch for Ginger & Spice Festival 2024

Location: Cheshire Street, MARKET DRAYTON, Shropshire

Time: 9.30am to 4.30pm

Please note that all traders in the General Stall category MUST hire gazebos from us. The exception is for charities who must bring their own 3m by 3m fire retardant gazebo (to UK regulations and standards) with weights – see section C.

For hot food or drinks caterers with their own vehicles, please speak to us directly before you book. The festival is located in a narrow street with medieval layouts and space is extremely limited. Please scroll down further to section B. for more info.

Includes one x 3m by 3m canopy,  1 x canopy back sheet (no side sheets), 1 x 6ft trestle table with 1 x black cover cloth. (You can hire extra tables and canopy side sheets from us at an additional cost, but additional items must be ordered and paid for at the time of booking).

Please email us with your catering offering and size of your vehicle/van and any other space required below.
We will then get back to you with a quote.

C. CHARITY STALL

3m by 3m space only – you must provide your own 3mby3m gazebo which is fire retardant to UK standards and weighted down.
